Hi, everyone, Well, that's me off on my hols. Maybe for three weeks - maybe four. I've taken some more photos of Tarlair today, and will post them on the Yahoo Group soon (i.e., when they get processed at the chemist). You'll hopefully hear from me again some time in August. What Time is Love "Acid Mix"

Hi, Another simple question: what exactly is/was the point of the "Acid Mix" on WTIL? It's a great remix, but doesn't seem to have the obvious novelty value of KLF92PROMO2 (which I gather was handed out to DJs for playing in clubs on New Year's Eve 1991/2). Instead it is a very different, stand-alone remix - and they only pressed 20 COPIES. Why would a band - even one as obsessed with limited editions as the KLF were in their late days - go to all the bother of pressing up such a TINY amount of what, in effect, is a brand new track? Selling something like that on its own would be a waste. *if* I would sell something like that, you would have to buy the whole 010 serie from me. When money is sent registered, one could "value" the letter. That means the clerk will write the amount down on the letter and it will be insured then for the amount enclosed. That will costs you 50 cents extra. Wish I had done that back then. The Dutch Mail only refunded 40 euro's. That was nothing compared to the enclosed amount. So this learned me to pay through paypal now....
