Universal are trying to force stores (esp. indie stores) to carry a specific amount of their product. it's shameful and disgusting, and I can't believe that no one in the news media is reporting on THIS aspect of 'lower priced CDs for the common man'... Pretty much any well-stocked record store will carry these; Naxos is extremely bullish when it comes to retail infiltration. Even stores that don't especially carry classical music often have a Naxos bin. It'll be on the usual online sources like Amazon and Arkivmusic, too.
