I actually participated in a cobra ensemble when I was an undergrad, and the way we were taught was in stages. The basic cues (eye, mouth, etc...), were taught first. Then we were taught more advanced concepts, like the guerilla systems. After this, we usually just played, with the more advanced players helping out the newbies. Do you have a copy of the rules? If so, than the best way to prep is to learn as much as you can and get together with others who already know the rules. Hope this helps.
