I was having the same problems until I upgraded to Quicktime 7. Are you sure that's what you've got installed? If not, try: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/preview/ <http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/preview/> I've had no problem viewing the files on this machine - WinXP.
