The sound quality on the album is much better than the sampler. So I believe the sampler tracks were versions that were not quite finished.

Yello in Berlin

Glenn, From what I was told after the event by telephone from people who had seen the show. The presentation was a film. No actual "live" performances took place during this film. But the film was shot as if you were in a theater. In the film you could see theater seats and such. On the movie screen in the film they played music videos to new Touch Yello tracks and also The Race II and Oh Yeah Oh Six. But on stage (still in the film) there were interactions from Boris , Dieter, Heidi and Till. Before the film Till Broenner played live and so did Heidi Happy. Boris sat in the audience while Dieter played MC during the event. At various times boxes of CDs (digi-paks) were available for purchase. , Jonathan

For you collectors out there. I found some pretty substantial differences between some of the sampler tracks and the album versions. "You Better Hide" has very different beginning on album. Tangier Blue is over a minute longer on the sampler. Have listened to the "Touch" album in full about 5 times now on the way home from Berlin- got to say its a real return to form! Certainly the best since "Pocket Universe" and it may grow on me even more as it gets ingrained into my mind! It certainly fits in with where music is up to/ needs to be these days!!!!
