Hey BBTC!! I've been so busy trying to get ready for the banquet, I have forgotten to put out our weekly email for the past couple of weeks. Of course, the highlight of the week is our annual banquet / membership meeting this Friday at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy. This is where we have a great dinner, recognize all the great achievements of our members and vote for our new board of directors. It should prove to be a great night out. I look forward to seeing everyone there! As our thoughts are turning towards cold weather and snow in the mountains, and as we start tuning and waxing our skis for the opening of the ski season next week, let's not forget that there is still plenty of good weather here in the valley and a great time to still log some miles on the road! John's Veteran's day ride on Friday up north is a great ride, in fact he likes it so much you can do it again on Saturday with him. Tim is becoming a regular on the schedule with his inter-urban ride on Sunday or break up your day and join Shanna for a spin and some coffee, then head up to Jeanne's burn off brunch ride. And in case I forget to get out next weeks email, come on out and join me for my Tucson flunkies ride in honor of all our members that will be in the warm weather of Arizona riding the Tour de Tucson. Rich's bagels are pretty good and Bob is leading us on a nice east bench loop followed by coffee and bagels on Sunday.
