In the first recording I was in Cherokee park (an Olmsted park) and it wasn't nearly as intense as I expected. In that one I was parked on a hill and a bicycle zooms past. In the 2nd recording I was in an open area with isolated big trees and it was incredibly loud. My truck was on the side of the road with the microphone set on the toolbox. At some point a car drives past. It gives you a good idea of how loud it was.
