Hey Doug! Thanks for posting that. I thoroughly enjoyed both videos. It's posts like that, that help to get folks fired up about using their Monty's for what they are designed for. I know it gets me wanting to get out there. I've been playing with a video camera myself but since I got my new camera I can't seem to get any of my videos to upload to Youtube. Your videos were a round 8 or 9 minutes long. Do you know how many megs they were? I'm wondering if using my camera in the high quality setting is making the files too long to post. If so, is there a way to making them lower resolution after you have taken them so you can post them?? Thought you might have the answer. Thanks again for the entertainment. Jim, I don't have a M15 but I do have a M17 Bob had delivered to me last fall. I would be more than happy for you to take a look at it. While it is a bigger boat the quality of the workmanship is the same. There is nothing that I could find in a small boat that comes anywhere close to the quality of Bob's Montogomery baots. I am in Nashville TN which is a long way from Bob's shop in Calif as well but I would not hesitate to have Bob build me another boat. Regards Tony Bluebird M17 E. Considering Purchasing an M15

Hello all- I been looking around the internet for a small sailboat and have developed an interest in the Montgomery 15. Though I've been in touch with Bob Eeg via email and was told he would call me, I've yet to hear from him. Yesterday I made a trip to the North Carolina Com-Pac dealer and looked at a Com-pac Legacy in person. Seeing the boat and trailer in person lent a whole new dimension to my perception of the boat outside of simply reading about it, and frankly there were several things I didn't care much for and believe I'd find an M15 more to my liking. Just two weeks out from the Havasu Pocket Cruiser's '09 Poker Run! I'm heading down the lake today to take the pictures that the participants will have to be duplicating in order to earn draws from a deck of cards at the Sat night dinner. What will they get if they have the best hands??? Well, this year is gonna rock! Apparently the recession has not hit the Havasu Pocket Cruiser's or their supporters. We have more boats coming than last year AND even bettter prizes! Once again Ida Sailor, Small Craft Advisor, West Marine, and new sponsors Montgomery Boats, and Cruising Supplies.com have all stepped up to support us! Still time to sign up. Dry Tortugas Dates firmed up

The Montgomery trip to the Dry Tortugas has been firmed up for a departure from Key West on Monday April 27th. The return to Key West is approximately May 8. The expectation is to launch prior to Monday at the Key West City Marina. 1801 N Roosevelt Blvd Key West, FL 33040 If you are interested in the trip drop me a note and I will add you to the list. Hi Doug and Listers, I'm presently in the Lower Keys, getting out of Minnesota for a while. There has been plenty of wind, and temps in the low 70's. I'm looking forward to the time where I can rent here for a month, become a "snowbird", and haul my M17 down. One of my goals is also to visit the Tortugas, looks like you and your lucky mates will be beating me there. What a great sail that will be. Actually, I'm thinking of bringing mine as well, if I can ever get to some badly needed maintenance. The Cedar Key Small Craft Festival is the weekend before, so my evil scheme is to rent a truck, drive down doe Cedar Key, park it for a few days at a secure site somewhere, then come back the next weekend for the 120.
