The black sleeved one is either a bootleg or a version given to ENT to sell. There is some debate on it. I say bootleg due to a audible crackle at the same place on both sides. As far as the promo version, I always had the impression it was the same track, just a different issue. I have no basis for this, tho. -paul
I was listening to an interview with Chuck Pahlaniuk (the guy who wrote Fight Club) and he mentioned this other author Craig Clevenger. I visited Craig's website and there was an interview with him (on Chuck's website) and he was mentioning the music that he writes to... "90% of the Handbook was written to Thomas Newman's score for American Beauty. I've got a stack of dedicated writing music CDs. INcluding Thomas Newman, som eof hte KLF's ambient stuff, some classical. Gorecki's a favorite." Anyway, I thought it was kinda cool.
