The black sleeved one is either a bootleg or a version given to ENT to sell.  There is some debate on it.  I say bootleg due to a audible crackle at the same place on both sides.

 

As far as the promo version, I always had the impression it was the same track, just a different issue.  I have no basis for this, tho.
