Fine for that time, but now as dated as I wouldn't say they're dated. 80s retro t's are kind of popular now (I just picked up a vintage style Devo shirt a few weeks back). And, at least here in the States, you're not going to find many that have heard of the KLF (until reminded of 3am's aha-aha hook). I used to get a lot of compliments on my KLF T speaker logo'd shirt back in day from people who just thought it was a cool design. -paul

I like the boxer shorts idea, Paul. The problem with KLF t-shirts, etc, is I suppose that they have dated very quickly. Aside from the problem of the band not being remembered by many people under 25, there's the designs they had back in late 80s and early 90s. Fine for that time, but now as dated as a Ned's Atomic Dustbin hooded top or a Wonderstuff t-shirt-and-cut-off-jeans-Doc-Martens ensemble (ah, my youth ... ) Is there a way of updated logos and designs? I remember when I first joined this list (cripes, nearly three years ago!) someone was selling JAMS logo t-shirts. I bought a grey one and it still one of my favourite and most comfortable t-shirts. The logo looks good too, obvious but not screaming. Whisper it, but I always thought some JAMs/KLF clothing designs, the long sleeved t-shirts with logos front and back and on the sleeve, were a little bit, well, unflattering (especially the white-on-black ones, which looked and felt to me like a PE teacher's tracksuit top). And those KLF-logo trousers Cressida wore (TOTP "Last Train" was it?) looked like a boy's bedroom wallpaper. Not that I make a habit of hanging around boy's bedrooms (or PE teacher's tracksuits). What people don't understand saying they got in once and never again, is that their ISP might block port 21 or their router is not set up properly or some BS like that. For the few that "never got in" I tried to help them and figure it out. Most got in and were able to use it for many years. 5 years it has been up in one form or another. I just think that it is time for a break. I might get it back up and running after we find out where we are gonna be living. Don't know. It takes a lot of time, not to mention hardware, to keep files there and trouble shooting for people that ask can you help me figure out port 21 and what is passive mode for the 1400th time. For the people that use it and appreciate it, Thankx and for those that don't. Thankx as well. KLF party mixtape

I have been encoding lots of old cassettes onto my Mac and i came across a cassette that i was sent about 7 years ago from a guy i used to buy KLF records from. Renigade KLF Ftp.

As of next week, November 1, 2005 I will be shutting down the KLF and ORB archive portions of my FTP. IT has been a good 5 years of keeping the KLF material up for the list, but it is time for me to shut it down and pass the torch to someone else. I will still have a few private accounts on my server, But on a limited basis. I am also going to shut down the torrent server as well tonight. It has been a good run, but the time has come. Thanks, Rob, for the ftp. I haven't used it for a while (and when I did it was on dial up - phew!) but especially with Marco Hennings wonderful uploadfs cover versions (Franchino's "Vamos" particularly) it was a great resource for me.
