"Extracts from Complete machinery? is the b-side of the p-machinery beta 12". It is a mix of all parts of the whole cassette including a huge part of frozen faces. "Connected" is 12 minutes pure machinery, without frozen faces! 12": 1985 UK (ZTT; 12 X ZTAS 12 {1U-1-1}) [ps "sofa"] 9:20 p:Machinery (beta) [B-side: "Extracts From The Cassette: Complete Machinery "] 0:24 Introduction 3:45 (diversion of) p:Machinery (passive) 4:26 Frozen Faces 1:15 p:Machinery (reprise) CSS: 1985 UK (ZTT; CTIS 12) [Complete Machinery] 0:24 Introduction 11:40 p:Machinery (connected) 0:10 p:Machinery (separation) 5:30 Frozen Faces (extended) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DAYS BECOME YEARS, YEARS BECOME TEARS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- e-mail: Propaganda.de@t-online.de Homepage: www.p-fan.de -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: ianpeel.com [mailto:ian@ianpeel.com] Gesendet: Donnerstag, 13. On this CD is the remastered version of the tape only track: p-machinery (Connected) !!!!!!!!!!! On the UK version is only the track p-Machinery (Extracts from Complete machinery) which is the b-side of the p-Machinery 12" Vinyl !!!!!!!!!!!
I might be having a dumb moment. I'm not sure. I haven't dug out and played my p:Machinery 12", but the "Extracts from Complete machinery" thats on the UK OW CD/DVD certainly sounds like the tape version to me, not the 12" version... It has the "perform... persist... etc." vocal thing at the beginning. It fades into Frozen Faces... So what exactly are the differences between "Connected" and "Extracts from Complete machinery?! -- Ian Peel http://www.ianpeel.com _______________________________________________ ZTT mailing list ZTT@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/ztt
