The Propaganda DVD is Region 2 up to Region 9 compatible,
Not for Region 1.

Probably more important to consider is that the
Propaganda DVD is for PAL video displays, so even if
the DVD was Region Free (or Region 0), it still
wouldn't work with a U.S.-marketed DVD player without
some sort of PAL Video converter. You could find such
a player off eBay but not in a retail store in America
(forget getting a stand-alone PAL converter - though
the quality is superior, I doubt you could find a
cheap one for less than $300).
I think (but don't know for sure) that the
Propaganda DVD is NOT region restricted.
