Wandered down to Foyle's bookshop (Tottenham Court Road, London) during my lunchbreak and was glancing through the music titles there. Came across Paul Morley's Words & Music (Bloomsbury, 2003) and was surprised to see that the acknowledgements in the rear of the book appeared to be credited to John Zorn (yes I know it's strange). As far as I can see it's a gratuitous reference as there doesn't appear to be anything else in the book that relates to him (most of the musical references I found while skimming through it were for Kylie Minogue). I was tempted to read it just to explain the Zorn mention but decided that I'd had too many years of wading through Morley when he wrote for the New Musical Express in the 1980s to suffer any more. Has anyone from the list read the book or can explain the name check? Thanks J Signup to supanet at https://signup.supanet.com/cgi-bin/signup?_origin=sigwebmail
