When the f*ck are they gonna release something new?!?!?! Super Ar and Vision Creation Newsun were great albums. I really like their kinda trippy, psychedelic, jammy new direction. I just wish they would release stuff more often. Anybody know what they (or their various members) have been up to lately? Guess I will need to pick up that new Wire. Seiichi Yamamoto has a lot of side projects during these years. Of course, there're several CD releseas. For those Boredoms fans, Yamamoto has a project with Yoshimi, ATR, and Hila- Karera Musication. They had a CD last year. It was a Original Soundtrack for the movie "Koroshiya Ichi". As to EYE, I think he is more interested in being a DJ now. He has a lot of remixing tracks on many Japanese comilations. Several months ago, I ordered a Boredoms video from Japan, titled "E=YE2 Punkland". It was pirated from Japanese TV show(I guess, 'cause there were commercials). Personally, I think it's a must-have for Eye's fans. It contains Eye's musical history from the beginning. Eye talked about each project and there were live footages of these projects(very short, though). Hanatarash, Boredoms, UFO or Die, Torture Garden(with Zorn), and etc. It was a pity that he didn't mention his project with Otomo Yoshihide(my personal favorite). Total lenth about two hours.
