Hey y'all - Happy New Year to you helpful fellow Zornlisters. I love watching the top 10's roll in:) Here's a link to a review of an (as of yet)unmentioned Andre Williams disc. http://www.insound.com/showrelease.cfm?A_ID=R%20%20%20415454 For the record, I didn't dig it much at all. BTW, I'm a musicienne/college DJ and none of my loved ones EVER buy me rekkidz either. Guess they figure only I know what I want & already have. As a result of this regular occurrence, I had to splurge ($$$) at Sound Exchange (in Houston). Got a weird Pantone Color Wheel CD there on Weego, not Mego. Same font though...And a really cool Muzlimgauze record of remixes. :) Ajda the Turkish Queen Love and music. *not WAR* http://mp3.com/turkishqueen http://wmbr.org/schedesc.html#binge TQ with Abunai! http://www.abunai.com/twobros-a.mp3 http://www.abunai.com/twobros-b.mp3 _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 limited-time offer: Join now and get 3 months FREE*. http://join.msn.com/?page=dept/dialup&xAPID=42&PS=47575&PI=7324&DI=7474&SU= http://www.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/getmsg&HL=1216hotmailtaglines_newmsn8ishe...

RED DIRT is definitely a detour for him through a kind of alt country setting. But Andre is Andre. You could give him the lead role in CANDIDE and he'd still be Andre. Have any of the Andre-inclned heard T Valentine? THAT's avant-garde music. skip h
