I've been on a Hawking's vibe: "Universe in a Nutshell" -- just finished "A Brief History of Time" -- just started "Bruce Lee: Fighting Spirit" by Bruce Thomas -- just purchased Additionally I bought a bunch of cookbooks by Fu Pei Mei so I can begin experimenting with traditional Chinese cooking. I believe Zorn is still quite excited over some nice hardbound editions of "The Equinox" by Crowley which is by his bedside. Now there's a subject for the z-list. Okay: My wife and I keep returning to the "Spice Island" Asian restaurant in Pittsburgh whenever we're down that way. And taste of India in Buffalo we dream about, when not actually there. But so far whichever cook-a-book we try leaves us deeply disappointed, like an out-of-synch off-night COBRA performance... (there, there's the valid ZORN content.) Any help on AUTHENTIC Asian or Indian cook-a-books? Blessings all around, RL http://www.velocity.net/~bb10k CRISPELL; IBARRA; Wm. PARKER; RIVERS; SHIPP; D.S.
