I did a little searching - this was settled out of court. Apparently both Emmanuelle I, and II, contained sections of Larks Tongues in Aspic, performed by someone else. Since the film only used the 'musical work', my guess is that it was settled because Fripp was likely only entitled (legally) to a compulsory license anyway.
