I wholeheartedly back up the wish for Brakhage >stuff on DVD - has anyone on

I've heard that Brakhage is working with Criterion on a two-CD set but have doubts about how true that might be. He has softened his stance on video over the years but this still seems like a leap. Many of his films will create severe problems for the compression technology which is based on repetition. Personally I think there's a nearly endless supply of far more important films but he is a marketable name.
