I'm having a hard time seeing why Stalin was not as bad as Hitler, if not worse. Both had tens of millions of people killed.

I was talking only about the genocide with the most dreadful tools used which was so well organized. Leaving aside how much people each of them killed I would still claim that there was nothing compared to the Holocaust and if we will remember it there will be nothing like that in the future I hope. On the other side of that particular topic, Stalin and Hitler are both monsters. There is no way I can say that one is worse than another. Both are worse. In fact, I cannot find strong enough words to describe them. Unfortunately, for more and more people these days they are becoming the heroes. -- All the best, Peter Gannushkin URL: http://downtownmusic.net/

try reading some Hannah Arendt about totalitarisms, then read something about French Revolution and Enlightenment. This is no question to be answered with a chart of deaths regards, davide
