The Herzog/Kinski boxed set was supposedly out of print in North America, but I've seen some copies floating around lately, so maybe it's back - as it should be. It really is well worth the price, as all the single films were usually running between 30 and 40 dollars canadian. The box is definitely one of my favorite DVD purchases of the last few years. The commentaries offered by Kinski on most of the discs are insightful and wonderful. I really recommend it. While I love the scores by Popul Vuh for Herzog's films, can anyone on the list reccomend other albums? Thanks a bunch. Eric

In the UK there is a new box set of Werner Herzog films just released.
All the movies he made with Klaus Kinski plus a documentary he made about Klaus Kinski ³My Best Fiend².
That¹s Fitzcarraldo, Nosferatu, Cobra Verde, Woyzeck and Aguirre Wrath of God with the documentary. UK Amazon has it for GBP29.99.
Sounds like a great deal to me.

Well... if you like more traditional krautrocky stuffs with vintage synths...etc. You'd be better off with "Affenstunde" their first album or "In den Garten Pharaos" their second... otherwise, if you like the more "new agey" stuffs just like what's in Herzog movies the best in my opinion would be "Hosianna Mantra" and the rest of the mid 70's to very early 80's stuffs, the more it goes the more new agey sounding it gets.
