This has all been really great, I've got a bunch of new (to me, anyway) authors to check out... I haven't read as much as I'd like to this summer, things are a bit hectic... but I did read "The Public Burning" which is a great cynical look at political America of the 50's (and still apropos today), I re-read Chuck Palahniuk's "Survivor, and now I'm halfway through "Crime and Punishment". I recommend that anybody with some serious reading time set aside to pick up "Gravity's Rainbow" by Thomas Pynchon and fall in love with it. It's wonderful. I also have a soft spot for post-modernists like David Foster Wallace and John Barth... _________________________________________________________________ The new MSN 8: advanced junk mail protection and 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
