Hello there, There's an interesting and growing scene here in Turkey, mostly fueled by Pozitif, a concert and festival production company and also a label manager...(Doublemoon). Every October, we have Akbank Jazz Festival which features non-mainstream jazzers (Zorn played three times) and in July, there's Istanbul Jazz Festival which mainly features widely known musicians... Also we have a club called Babylon, which is also run by Pozitif guys, where lots of cool gigs have been made...
