11th House

I might feel MUCH differently nowadays, and I don't own any of the albums and never have, so I can't re-listen with fresh ears, but I saw Coryell and the 11th House twice in the mid 70's and I thought that they were technically good but they did all the things with fusion that I didn't like then and still don't like: got too funky in an attempt to 'reach the people', played fast over uninteresting structures and had generally weak material that even good musicianship couldn't cover up.
