Hmmm Tomahawk has bothered me from the get go. I warm up with consequent listenings.   And it bothers me that it bothers me but everything one man shits isnt gold.  But yeah, I'm a huge Dennison fan. Blue, well, blew.   He's pumping out the cock, I mean rock.  He did accomplish much more respect for the Dennison/Kimble trio stuff.  I enjoy Rutmanis' work with the cows, melvins and the like as well.  This is a pop outlet for these guys.

by the way.... as far as Patton goes.... Has anyone been able to give Hemophiliac a listen?  Reviews?  Perhaps I missed them.

Melt Bannana and Sleepytime Gorilla Museum seems to be touring together... I missed them last Saturday and will morn.

on a side note:  thanks to Skip Heller for the rockabilly 6 string education.  Good shit.

hmmm...i'm not saying the new Tomahawk is a classic like most critics have
called it in recent weeks but it's a nothing like the Foo Fighters.
i sure hope you were exaggerating ;)
remember, Patton DID once write with Faith No More and Duane Dennison wrote
the bass- & guitar-licks. it's straight rock from Dennison and really not that
far from say, the Jesus Lizards "Shot" record.
tell me, are there no Jesus Lizard fans here?
take care and give Mit Gas another listen,
kevin.
