Sound quality is not fantastic but it's bearable anyway. "Raging Wrath..." is the first one and is pretty much all metal (with funny little twists). It's doesn't really demonstrate what was to come, but there are some amazing moments, like "Bungle Grind" or the softer "Grizzly Adams". "Goddammit..." on the other hand is really good - it's the third demo, and they are just coming out of their Fishbone/funk/ska phase. There's a nice version of "Egg" plus a few other songs which people have argued should have made it onto the first album, like "Bloody Mary", "Definition Of Shapes" and "Waltz For Grandma's Sake"... Incidentally I believe most or all of the demos are available for download at various Mr Bungle sites...
Today I saw a pirate Cd that includes two Mr. Bungle demos, "goddammit I love America" and "the ragingwrath of the easter bunny". Since the Cd was really expensive, I'd like to know if they sounded good originally, the level of quality of the songs and all in all if it's worth the money- specially considering that I'm a huge fan of these guys. Maybe it's just for completists. Please let me know.
