Hi folks, I recently aquired a decent internet connection and have since been pretty busy checking out various radio programs and music shows over the internet. I was very postively surprised by how many cool things are in fact out there and how much easier it makes it to check out new stuff without having to buy every single time (I imagine a massive drop in people mistakenly buying Tzadik discs after reading Zorns little cover blurps ;-) But the massive amount also makes it pretty impossible to navigate through all of it, so I was kind of curious to hear if you have any reccomendtions. To make this slightly fair and everything, here is a couple of my favorite discoveries: John Lurie interview: http://savvytraveler.org/audio/rafiles/1999/10.16/int1_991016.ram Arto Lindsay interview: http://www.mondomix.org/mix_us/itw_us/itw_artists/artolindsay.htm The Necks live on BBC: http://cgi.bbc.co.uk/radio3/world/ram/ljfnecksgig1.ram http://cgi.bbc.co.uk/radio3/world/ram/ljfnecksgig2.ram Yoshimys radioshow: http://boredoms.i-radio.fm/ Dialtones - A Telesymphony: http://www.flong.com/telesymphony/ Eugene Chadbourne guest hosting some show: http://helix.kfai.org/ramgen/static/archive/smil/features/chadbourne.smil Toon Tunes The Genius of Carl Stalling: http://realserver.bu.edu:8080/ramgen/w/b/wbur/connection/audio/2001/08/con_0... Generally, http://singingfish.com/ is excellent for finding sound and videofiles.
