Would it be tantamount to having Zorn, LLC; so if, god forbid, his various enterprises go bankrupt he isn't directly liable?  That's what I always assumed was the purpose of Hips Road or I also speculated that it was some manner of funding agency for Tzadik.  Are Avant releases similarly marked as a project of Hips Road?  I don't have any of my Avant cases readily accessible; they are in another state currently.
