Your words are really promising. Is the album as rock-based as they advanced in their website? IMHO it could represent a certain look-back by SY, as it happened with "A Thousand Leaves", which I found slightly weak in comparison with the rest of their amazing discography. Did Jim O'Rourke produce again?

yes, definitely rock based. kim only sings on a couple tunes. the advance i saw didn't list who produced, but apparently O'Rourke is a full-fledged member of the band now. my guess is that it was produced by the band, and mixed primarily by O'Rourke. good stuff sean
