Hi, Sometimes I donÂt know what to think about ZornÂs opinions. On the one hand, he doesnÂt reckon himself as a mentor for anyone, which appears as such a humble attitude. On the other hand, at the end of the interview he states: ÂI want to create something that adds to the positive energy in this world, that there is not enough of, there should be more of which sounds pretty pompous to me. Looks like two statements made by two different people from my viewpoint. Also, as we have discussed here several times, he doesnÂt seem too inclined to giving explanations about his work and specially his aesthetics -S/M, Judaism/Zionism, those controversial Asian girls pics and drawings- but seems happy with something as simple as Âeverything was really honestÂ. In opposition to that, he doesnÂt mind gloating over his Âisolation feeling all the time and how nightmarish the world is outside of his microcosmos, so to speak. I personally couldnÂt care less about this. What IÂm really interested in is the world that heÂs Âselling us and the imagery that it contains and I guess many others will share this interest with me. And well, the Âmoney, money, money thing raises lots of questions in me as well. The only reason he hasnÂt played in Spain since he came with Masada almost 10 years ago is Âmoney, money, money and nothing more. And why did they refuse to obtain a Spanish distributor for the Tzadik label so those who are interested can get their releases cheaper? I guess itÂs more comfortable to keep the prices high. And if all he cares about is Âreal musicÂ, why donÂt they send some Tzadik promos to the stations and mags that are really interested? Why not spread your music if you think itÂs so valuable? Just some opinions. Best, Efrén del Valle ___________________________________________________ Yahoo! Postales Felicita las Navidades con las postales más divertidas desde http://postales.yahoo.es
