Hi,
If my memory serves me well (i should check out the disc, i've got it at home) zorn plays on three tracks.

You should definately try to get your hands on the album. It's great ... no ... It's incredible! It's massive! it's huge! It combines the very best of Swans-inspired guitarwallmusic with dub and (free)jazz with an almost sick bigband-line up (i think 9 tot 10 people). What is impressive is the enormous power that goes out of this gem. The repetitive screaming, whispering, shouting of Kevin Martin, the distortion on the basses, the multiple tribal drumming, the screaming saxophones. It's not in a completely free mannor but more in repetitive sense.

If you like this one, you should surely check out its successor ''The Anatomy of Addiction' which is even better produced (but it doesn't feature zorn) and is - for me - one of the most powerfull discs I've ever heard. (yes I'm a fan :-). just listen to Justin Broadricks' guitar (Godflesh-Techno-Animal fame - see Painkillers' Burried Secrets) and Dave Cochrane's distorted bass-sound ...
And if this is not enough, there is a nice ep 'Apeal to human greed' wich contains remixes of 'Anatomy ...' (for instance Bill Laswell)

I've not yet found any mp3 on the net (haven't looked hard for it, i've got all the releases :-) but just get the album.

hi all!
i got a question regarding God's "Possession". i've read a few reviews on this record and i heard John Zorn played on it. let's just say i'm very very curious to hear a few teasers but it's impossible to find anything on SoulSeek. there ain't no God websites either, so
i don't know where to turn...
if anyone on the list has it, could that person hook me up with a mp3 or two?

some user reviews would be nice too :)

take care,
-k
