Yup, Efrén took the words out of my mouth -- or away from my fingers more properly. Davies who is Welsh has played with a variety of minimalist free music types such as reddist John Butcher, cellist Mark Wastell and pianist Chris Burn etc. etc. He has just put out a solo disc called Trem on the Confront label. Cooper-Moore plays a hoe-handle harp, which is a home-made, slavery days version of the harp The only other free jazz harpist of note is Phil Cohran who played "space harp" on many of Sun Ra's Chicago recordings. Rhodri Davis is a reputed British harpist working in the free-improv field. I don't have any info available right now, but I'm sure you can find something on the European Improvisation website or maybe on that of labels like Emanem, through which he's published as both sideman and leader, if my memory serves me. The Wire has covered his stuff in several occassions and mostly with positive reviews.
