I love "Here, My Dear," the music is gorgeous, quite apart from the guilty pleasure of hearing someone air his dirty laundry and go through about 50 stages of grief (including lots of shades of anger!) over the demise of a relationship. "When Did You Stop Loving Me? When Did I Stop Loving You?" is one of his best songs, and it's hard to think of a more bitter breakup song than "You Can Leave But It's Gonna Cost You" (his ex-wife made out rather well financially).
My other two favorites are "Let's Get It On" -- the arrangements are just stunning, I continue to find new little things in them after all these years -- and of course the classic "What's Going On."
