New Vandermark 5 CD

Did anybody on the list get the new Vandermark album with the bonus Rahsaan disk? I ordered it 6 weeks ago to get an early copy but being in the UK my CD has arrived without the bonus disk. Anybody with the extra disk and willing to share please mail me off list. I am bitterly disappointed. Richard Gardner
