If the first one is the untitled 1983 album with the black and white photograph and the Zorn/ Frith/ Moss guest appearances, then: yes, but most likely deleted. It was on Celluloid, lately a troubled, or even completely out of business label. If anyone knows the story: please share. Producer Alan Douglas is or was involved, Laswell. Others, like The Last Poets, put out their rest material on Celluloid (through Douglas? Some douglas produced Hendrix guest appearance is also on Celluloid: the Doriella DuFontaine single). Catalogue was spotty, but interesting, with early cd re-issues of early McLaughlin albums, and In their functional years, they put out cd's in Holland, they suddenly appeared as cut-outs some 5 years ago, and not long after one of their albums (Massacre: Killing Time) was re-issued w/ bonustracks on Cuneiform. So, good luck in finding The Golden Palominos. you should find it most likely in a sales bin, or second hand.
