Hi,
In terms of relaxing music my choice is Eyvind Kang's latest "Live Low to the Earth, in the Iron Age".
Very curious about this one! How does it compare to his other work?
Its amazing how after all those years and several releases Tatsuya >Yoshida has mantained the Ruins Zeuhl-Prog/Grindcore aesthetic alive >and fresh.
I agree. How many Ruins songs has he composed by now? 2-300 at least, and they are all great. Amazing how much he can make out of just drums, bass and voice ripping off Magma and punk ;-)
To round this off, wouldn't mind some day seeing Eyvind doing >Mahavishnu covers with the Ruins. That would be sweet.
Yes, I'd love to see Kang play with Ruins! Actually, he already did, since Ruins + Kang + Sun City Girls did a jam session together at one point, but a real collaboration would be great. On the new Ruins album there is als a cover of a old Shankar piece (!!), which is great, especially live. Kang would fit perfectly in that piece!! _________________________________________________________________ STOP MORE SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
