Weird drum sound aside (was Miles listening to Steve Lillywhite productions or something?), it's a great record for his playing, just so straight-up and clear.
DECOY, for my money, has never gotten its due, even with all that spotlight on Scofield. The most menacing chord progressions ever on that one.
