Elvis Presley Murder File?

On a couple Naked City bootlegs I've found floating around the net, I've heard John Zorn refer to "You Will Be Shot" as being from "The Elvis Presley Murder File." Is this a tongue-in-cheek joke, or is there some such (film? TV show? comic book?) thing?
