Hi, Just like others mentioned before, the Masada Recital sounds very good. You wouldn't expect less of this couple but with such an squeezed out repertoire, this feels like a bit of fresh air. Both players are at the top of their game: Feldman with his dramatic sense of lyricism and his over-the-top screeching & unorthodox techniques and Courvusier spending half of the performances inside the piano. To be honest, I expected a more obvious programme and less adventurous performances, thus finding this one much more engaging than any of the previous volumes of the 10th Anniversary Edition (if these guys keep on celebrating anniversaries they're gonna face a serious issue with alcohol in very short) I didn't get Jerry Hunt's "Phalba" not having heard his "Song Drapes". I got the latter with the monthly package and I was amazed. How recommendable is "Phalba"? It seems that Tzadik always keeps a hidden treasure somewhere. Thanks a lot in advance.
