For those who haven't yet heard, the Librarian of Congress today completely
rejected the recording industry's draconian suggestions as regards net
radio. Even to those who supported webcasting, a complete rejection came as
a welcome surprise. The Librarian now has 30 days to come up with a
counter-proposal. Score one for the good guys.
