Sam Rivers' WAVES on Tomato: new or reissue?

I just saw this weekend WAVES, a Sam Rivers record on Tomato (with Joe Daley, Dave Holland, and Thurman Barker). It is a reissue or is it a new recording (maybe of older material)? Thanks, Patrice.
