RE: Hemophiliac in SF Guardian

I remember on the old incarnation of the Web of Mimicry, there was a top albums list. Angelus Novus was one of the albums that was cited, but most of the review was directed a denigrating the whole downtown scene and Zorn in particular; basically saying that they were all wankers and Zorn is no longer vital and his fame as gone to his head. I don't really see the utility in "biting the hand that feeds you" or bashing a scene that you are directly associated with, but it is his prerogative. If Zorn is such a bloated, over-rated guy, why play with him? All of this is my own words, to approximate those that I can't remember. Please do not take this as quotes.
