Leaders

I'm not sure about leading the band but I collect most everything Han Bennink, Sun Ra, John Lurie, John Zorn and Sabir Mateen have been on. Mostly on cd, not into LP as much at the moment. Easier to listen to discs with children in the house. Well over 250 Zorn recordings at least. It's a lot easier when you discover an artist in the beginning of his/her career than after he/she has recorded for many years. At least on the wallet. Although they are getting many Sun Ra recordings pressed to cd these days. And Lurie hasn't recorded much for a while to my knowledge. Always looking for more Bennink!!!
