I believe it's Agnès Martin. The same picture appears in the booklet of _Redbird_, an album dedicated to Agnès Martin, but also on the following website: http://www.public.iastate.edu/~brummer/culture/art/agnes.htm There probably are other (and better) websites with pictures of her, but this one is basically the first one I came accross.
