The idea would be to announce new records and to register pre-orders. Those orders would be transmitted to labels together with the adress of the ordering persons. I would not make any profit out of it. I would not have any stock. Later, if the projest really works, I would organise things so that I would be possible to pay records directly on the site and then I would keep 5% of this price in order to run the whole thing.
