Organizational Improvisation

In doing research on organizational change for work, I found a somewhat startlingly thing: one article cites "Improvisation: Its Nature and Practice in Music" by Derek Bailey. There's a strain of this research that has heavily drawn upon jazz improvisational theory applying it to business organizations. I'm sure by using Bailey as a model, businesses will be a little more interesting. Zach
