"Whity" and "Pioneers in Ingoldstadt" are out on Fantoma, "Querelle" is out on Columbia, and "The Merchant of Four Seasons" and "Fox and His Friends"" will be released this month. I don't the distributor, but the video rights for these two and the three mentioned in the message below are owned by New Yorker Films, who told me years ago that Fox Lorber had bought up the rights for their Fassbinder films. I have been searching for news of the 2002 Fassbinder retrospective that Ulli Lommel mentions on his commentary to "Whity" (20th anniversary of F's death?), but maybe this got shelved? If you find out more info, I'd love to hear more. Thanks, Ben

pretty much any Fassbinder would be nice to see on DVD
Someone is putting these out, I think in a two or three titles per package rate-- The Fassbinder Collection. Just saw a pre-release at DEEPDISCOUNTDVD.
