I wish things were cheaper, and I think it's just silly for, say, "Fire of Love," by The Gun Club to be a full-priced CD
Especially when the label claims the Gun Club "are not yet royalty-bearing", which means they haven't sold enough records to recoup the initial investment. What a crock -- if the sales were that low, would they have released it in a whole new format with modified artwork etc? Knowing that Ward Dotson (the slide guitar player on that record) is not seeing a dime from FIRE OF LOVE ( a classic) ain't seeing any dough from that record is enough to make me consider pirating a whole bunch. For a minute. sh
