Those are the two tunes on that record I really like myself. Weird drum sound aside (was Miles listening to Steve Lillywhite productions or something?), it's a great record for his playing, just so straight-up and clear. DECOY, for my money, has never gotten its due, even with all that spotlight on Scofield. I love parts of that album, particularly "Jean Pierre" and "My Man's Gone Now" (though I like what Shirley Horn did in covering that arrangement on "I Remember Miles" even better).
I'm waiting for STAR PEOPLE to come back in vogue.
Another sentimental favorite, with that wacky drum sound.
But my fave Miles album is "Decoy", so opinions may differ :-)
