Where can I get hold of a copy of this DVD from the UK? I've tried amazon, but I don't have a credit card, only debit, so the oversees suppliers are out of bounds.

If you want to read some very intersting stuff about Zorn
and his background, I suggest William Duckworth's 'Talking
Music'. Great read, especially when Zorn describes the
rather alarming way he started his massive record collection.
