I agree. The rehearsal footage was fantastic. From the
point of view of a music student, watching his "conduction"
techniques was fascinating.

If you want to read some very intersting stuff about Zorn
and his background, I suggest William Duckworth's 'Talking
Music'. Great read, especially when Zorn describes the
rather alarming way he started his massive record collection.
